• Each home has its own unique challenges. Factors, such as the overall maintenance/upkeep of the home, including; pets, heavy traffic, large amounts of knick-knacks, etc.

  • Homes are estimated by how much work is involved, and approximately how long it should take. All cleanings aren't done hourly as they are a flat fee.

  • Biweekly cleanings will cost less than a monthly cleaning, as it's regular maintenance to keep everything up to par for you. Biweekly cleanings start at $150.

  • Moveouts save you lots of time and effort. Moving is hard enough, so why not have someone else do the dirty work?! Save your back & knees the aching and leave it to us. (specific details on Our Cleaning Process page). The condition and square footage is a major determining factor for pricing, but it roughly comes out to $300+

  • Deep cleanings are a very thorough type of cleaning as there are a lot of nitty gritty things to do, including getting every corner, crack & cranny by hand.  Your home will feel fresh & new again. These cleanings are $300+ This can be done by focusing on certain areas of the house, as it doesn't have to be every room.

  • First time cleaning is always more money because of the extra work involved, being that everything has to be thoroughly cleaned before it can be simply maintained on a regular basis. 

  • One time cleaning is $200+
  • The minimum charge to have us come out is $150.
  • Add on services include:
  • Inside of the Fridge-$40. If it's significantly dirty, the cost will be higher.
  • Stove: Inside-$60 (depending on the condition of it).
  • Cabinet organization: Prices vary depending on the amount of cabinets needing to be done.

These are the standard prices and can vary as described above if additional work is involved. Our goal is to offer a reasonable rate while making your home your the best it can be. We are very fair with pricing and are dependable people who are always there when needed.
